David Bowden’s “One Drop”
“”All we need is a drop. Just one. Because we are dealing with those who are dealing with none. So please. Don’t get discouraged before you’ve begun because there’s eternal significance in the mathematics of One.”“

I’ve been gone a very long time. The explanation for my absence is two fold. Mostly, I was trying to figure out which online donation acceptance system is the cheapest. Paypal it is!
In the spirit of full honesty here’s the 411:
For every donation, Paypal charges a fee of 2.9%+ $0.30. Not too bad, huh? It gets even better. I will be covering the cost of these fees up to $100. So you don’t have to worry about your donation. Until the fees maxes out the $100, 100% of your donations will be going to Love146
Reason # 2 for my absence: Fear.
This is one of the scariest things I’ve ever done and I’m afraid. I’m afraid of being vulnerable. I’m afraid of this not working. I’m afraid of going through all the trouble and not making a difference at all.
Fear is what has stopped me until I heard David Bowden’s poem called “One Drop”
”One drop hasn’t got what it takes to fill the ocean of oppression’s mistakes but realizes the significance of the ripple it makes” ~David Bowden’s “One Drop” excerpt.
So, I’ve decided: I may be exposing myself to the world. This may not work. This probably won’t make a difference at all. But this is my drop. Ripple on!
They weren’t ready for my Dominican a$$.
